Job summary

StickEarn is hiring a Technical & Operations Staff to support LED screens and digital signage. You will perform maintenance, configuration, and content deployment for OOH assets, ensuring materials display correctly and systems operate reliably.

You’ll work with NovaStar/Colorlight software, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with teams and vendors as needed. Office or field-based deployment may be required.

Qualifications

• D3 in a related field is required.
• Experience with LED components like RC, power supply, LED module is preferred.
• Ability to operate LED software such as NovaStar/Colorlight and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform checking, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED screens and electrical components.
• Handle replacement of RC, power supply, LED module, and other related components.
• Configure LED display systems and install LED control software (NovaStar, Colorlight).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, configuration, and display issues to ensure proper ad delivery.
• Resize, preview, and upload image or video materials for LED screens per specs.
• Monitor LED screen performance and ensure correct material display.
• Support on-site installation, maintenance, and field troubleshooting activities.

We are looking for a Technical & Operations Staff (OOH) who will support the technical operation, maintenance, configuration, and content deployment of our OOH and digital LED assets. This role will help ensure our LED screens and supporting systems operate properly and advertising materials are displayed according to the required specifications.

What You’ll Do

• Perform checking, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED screens and supporting electrical components
• Handle replacement of electrical parts and LED components, including Receiving Card (RC), Power Supply, LED Module, and other related components
• Perform operational setup and configuration of LED display systems
• Install and operate LED control software such as NovaStar, Colorlight, and other related software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, configuration, and display issues
• Resize, preview, and upload advertising materials according to LED screen specifications
• Monitor LED screen performance and ensure advertising materials are displayed properly
• Support installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting activities at the office or on-site in the field
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding technical and operational issues
• Maintain basic documentation and reports related to technical issues and maintenance activities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum D3 in a related field
• Familiar with electrical troubleshooting and LED components such as Receiving Card, Power Supply, and LED Module
• Able to operate and configure LED software such as NovaStar, Colorlight, or similar software
• Able to resize, preview, and upload image or video materials for LED screens
• Willing and able to work from the office or on-site in the field based on operational needs
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to handle technical issues effectively
• Previous experience with LED screens, videotron, digital signage, or OOH/DOOH is an advantage
