Responsibilities

• Process and record incoming invoices.
• Maintain invoice master list and recap monthly costs.
• Update access card and ID card records as needed.
• Coordinate SIM card requests and system access for new employees.
• Provide general support to the FCM team and assist employee needs.
• Inspect and restock First Aid Box in the pantry.
• Conduct stock opname and place orders for stationery and pantry supplies.
• Collect and submit attendance sheets for office staff and drivers.
