Job summary

Bosch Group offers a full-time paid internship in Jakarta for current college students in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management. The role provides hands-on experience in sales administration, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration from January to July 2027.

Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are expected, with a bias toward independent work and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year college (Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
Fluent written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving
Familiarity with sales processes and admin tasks
Able to work independently and adaptively

Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Support: manage the entire sales process from order reception to invoicing procedures.
Customer Engagement: build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
Dynamic Responsibilities: schedule in-house drivers for timely deliveries and resource optimization.
Responsive Communication: address inquiries, provide quotations, resolve concerns.
Professional Development: gain hands-on experience in sales administration and operations, with mentorship.
