Job summary

Bosch Group in Jakarta offers a full-time paid internship for college students, January to July 2027. You will assist HR-related reports, maintain personnel files, and support payroll and corporate legal permit management, gaining exposure to HRIS and cross-functional processes.

The program is open for college students only, with responsibilities spanning vendor liaison, claims handling, and letters issuance, while developing communication with management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program in any major, preferably Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Assisting HR-related reports as needed.
• Updating and maintaining Personnel file records and managing HRIS inputs
• Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters.
• Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests.
• Handling employee letters (Reference letters, Paklaring, Movement Letters, etc)
• Liaise with external vendors for agreements, vendor registration and invoicing
• Assisting payroll processes
• Assist management of Corporate Legal Permits in accordance with implemented regulations, such as expatriate permit, WLKP, Perda No. 6, Peraturan Perusahaan, etc.
