Job summary

Bosch Group is offering a full-time paid internship in Jakarta for college students who have no remaining classes. You will assist the FCM team with daily admin tasks, invoicing, records maintenance, and onboarding support for new staff.

Qualifications

• Current university student with no classes left to attend.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process and record invoices and office transactions.
• Maintain office records and master lists for monthly costs.
• Update access cards and IDs for staff as needed.
• Coordinate SIM card requests and system access for new employees.
• Provide general support to the FCM team and assist staff as required.
• Inspect and restock First Aid box and pantry supplies.
• Support monthly stock opname and stationery orders.
• Collect and submit attendance sheets to appropriate agencies.
