Job summary

PT. Lima Persona Sejahtera operates a padel court in Denpasar and is seeking a friendly Host/Reception/Guest Relations team member to welcome guests, manage bookings, and coordinate with both Padel and F&B teams.

You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience from arrival to departure, including handling inquiries, payments, and venue information.

Qualifications

Experience in guest relations, hospitality, or similar roles preferred.
Good English communication skills; other languages a plus.
Proficient with booking systems and POS; comfortable with basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and members in a friendly, professional manner.
Manage arrivals, check-ins and court bookings.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and inquiries.
Provide information on availability, schedules, membership, and venue facilities.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and handle calls and messages promptly.
Coordinate with Padel and F&B teams for smooth operations.
Assist with equipment rental and payments via POS.
Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when needed.
Support opening/closing procedures and uphold grooming standards.
