Tamora Group in Bali is seeking a proactive Padle Player (Club Host Padell) to join our hospitality and gaming operations in Canggu. Based full-time at the padel club, you will host guests, coach guests, assist with events and ensure exceptional service and safety.

You will showcase padel techniques, manage bookings, promote memberships, and build welcoming relationships with members and visitors while maintaining a polished appearance and a professional demeanour.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in padel tennis and coaching.
• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to engage guests in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality services at the padel club facility
• Demonstrating padel techniques and providing coaching or guidance to guests of varying skill levels
• Facilitating padel matches, tournaments and social events for club members and visitors
• Maintaining the padel courts and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition and safely available for use
• Managing court bookings and ensuring smooth scheduling of play sessions
• Promoting padel club services and membership packages to potential customers
• Assisting with the organisation of padel events, competitions and recreational activities
• Providing professional and courteous customer service to all guests and members
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with club members and guests
