Pengiklan Anonim in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a friendly Padel Court Attendant to look after guests during sessions and keep courts ready for play.

You will greet guests, coordinate with reception, deliver rental equipment and refreshments, and ensure every session runs smoothly while reporting safety concerns. Fresh graduates with a service mindset are welcome; you should be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, speak Bahasa Indonesia well, and learn padel rules quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, recreation, or sports facilities is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong service mindset are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; basic conversational English is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to their assigned courts and introduce yourself as their point of contact during play.
• Coordinate with reception and greeters to prepare for arriving guests, including rental equipment and special requests.
• Check courts, nets, gates, seating areas, and equipment before sessions; report damage or safety concerns promptly.
• Deliver rental rackets, balls, and requested refreshments or pro shop purchases, coordinating payment with reception.
• Remain visible and available to guests while respecting their space and avoiding interruptions during play.
• Assist with stray-ball retrieval when safe, without entering an active court or disrupting a rally.
• Provide polite session-ending reminders and coordinate court changeovers with reception.
• Collect and check rental equipment after use, reporting missing or damaged items.
• Keep courts and surrounding seating areas tidy, remove litter, and coordinate cleaning with housekeeping.
• Assist with scheduled court care and equipment cleaning according to training and instructions.
• Use radios and earpieces to communicate guest requests and operational updates promptly and discreetly.
• Handle routine guest concerns courteously and elevate complaints, injuries, or other incidents to the supervisor.
• Support coaching sessions, group bookings, and club events with equipment preparation and guest assistance.
