Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an outgoing Padel Community & Events Executive to build our player community, coordinate Reclub hosts, and bring people together through social games, casual sessions, and memorable events.

You will plan a calendar of social games, beginner sessions, community gatherings, and tournaments; manage club activities on Reclub, including registrations, waitlists, and player communication; and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth events.

Competenze

• Experience in community engagement, event coordination, hospitality, or customer relations.
• Familiarity with padel and Reclub.
• Existing network of padel players, hosts, or coaches is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing schedules, registrations, and events.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and remain calm when plans change.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp groups, social media, and basic Google Workspace.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Build and maintain relationships with Reclub hosts, coaches, community organizers, and players.
• Plan a regular calendar of social games, beginner sessions, community gatherings, and tournaments.
• Create and manage club-run activities on Reclub, including session information, registrations, waitlists, and player communication.
• Coordinate with hosts on schedules, player levels, session formats, and hosting responsibilities.
• Welcome newcomers and help players find suitable sessions and groups.
• Organize corporate events and private group bookings, from initial enquiries through preparation and follow-up.
• Organize brand activations and collaborations.
• Work with reception to confirm court availability, bookings, payments, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and court attendants to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Personally host selected sessions, including welcoming participants, explaining the format, and coordinating player rotations.
• Develop activities that encourage repeat visits and attract bookings during quieter hours.
• Propose event pricing, budgets, and host arrangements for management approval.
• Support event promotion through clear announcements and coordination with the marketing team or appointed agency.
• Gather feedback, address community concerns professionally, and follow up with hosts and participants.
• Track attendance, repeat participation, bookings generated, and event revenue and costs.
