Job summary

PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA is seeking a motivated events newcomer to help plan and execute urban padel events across activities, communities, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with the owner and management to turn ideas into action and grow event revenue.

Ideal candidates are energetic, proactive, and eager to learn, with a basic understanding of padel or Reclub, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome, entry-level role.
• 0-2 years experience in events, marketing, community, sports or lifestyle is a plus.
• Nice to have padel knowledge or Reclub experience.
• Proactive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Curiosity about trends, people and business is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage Urban Padel events end-to-end.
• Handle Reclub & community activities.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new event concepts.
• Create and execute new ideas in-house.
• Manage vendors, partners, sponsors, and event operations.
• Drive customer engagement, retention, and event revenue.
• Use AI tools to improve research, planning, and execution.
• Work closely with the owner & management.
