PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Admin to manage Urban Padel's Reclub account as the main admin, monitor player inquiries, chats, and bookings, and provide information about coaching sessions, events, and registrations.

You will proactively invite and follow up with players to ensure participation, handle registrations and payments, coordinate with coaches and operations, and ensure no inquiries are left unanswered, even outside regular hours per the assigned

• Actively monitor and respond to player inquiries and chats through Reclub.
• Provide information and assistance regarding coaching sessions, games, events, and bookings.
