Job summary

PT Aneka Warna Semesta is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to develop and sell packaging products to target markets in Indonesia. You will present products and pricing, negotiate terms with customers, and identify customer needs to propose effective label and packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in Sales Packaging, with strong communication, CRM usage, and collaboration skills to support cross-team efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Packaging preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Packaging.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Able to conduct customer needs analysis.
• Experienced in preparing proposals and quotations.
• Understand CRM usage and sales reporting.
• Able to work collaboratively across teams.
