Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is building its commercial team in Indonesia and seeks a Sales Representative for specialty paper products. You will own market development from ground up, map customers, build relationships, manage full sales cycle, and become a credible supplier to packaging converters, printers, and carton manufacturers in Java.

This field-based role offers autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and growth into leadership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in paper, board, packaging materials, or printing inputs in Indonesia.
• Demonstrable track record of winning new accounts; not only maintaining inherited ones.
• Active personal network within packaging converters, commercial printers, or carton manufacturers in Java.
• Technical understanding of paper and board specifications sufficient to hold credible discussions with production and quality teams.
• Java-based and willing to travel regularly within Java.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; functional English for supplier correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize the target customer base across packaging converters, commercial printers, and carton manufacturers in Java.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 15-20 active prospects.
• Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, sample coordination, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, and account closing.
• Develop ongoing customer relationships and grow repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal sales support and supply chain on orders, delivery, and documentation.
• Submit weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales forecasts.
• Support collections follow-up for accounts under your management.
