Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to engage with customers and suppliers in the plastic packaging sector. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires reading technical drawings, proficiency in SolidWorks, and fluency in English. A valid SIM A and readiness to join ASAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the plastic packaging industry or manufacturing industry.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess a valid SIM A.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Able to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and other customer requests.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, and related administrative records.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, customer updates, order status, and sales performance.
• Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams regarding customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations as required.
• Monitor customer feedback, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Support the development of new clients and identify potential business opportunities within the plastic packaging industry.
• Read and understand technical drawings to support customer discussions and requirements.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's business growth.
