Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an Outpatient Services Department Head to lead daily operations and ensure seamless patient care across outpatient clinics.

You will oversee administrative, financial, and operational activities, optimize doctor scheduling, supervise staff, and drive cross-department collaboration to improve service quality and patient experience. This role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of outpatient operations and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine or Hospital Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital experience, preferably in outpatient services.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of outpatient operations, including patient care, scheduling, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, financial, and operational activities to ensure smooth outpatient services.
• Coordinate specialist practice schedules and monitor doctor attendance to support seamless patient services.
• Supervise staff activities, strengthen work processes, and foster a productive, collaborative team.
• Enhance cross-department collaboration to ensure efficient workflows and coordinated service delivery.
• Plan the procurement of facilities and infrastructure to support operational needs and service quality.
