AYANA Hospitality is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. You will oversee outlet operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional service, and drive revenue through marketing and cost controls.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, inventory management, and maintaining health/safety standards while delivering a personalized guest experience in a premium hotel setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in hospitality.
• All-day-dining concept experience is an advantage.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, including managing staff, schedules, and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized experience and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and replenishing supplies.
• Monitor financial performance of the outlets, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Hire, train, and develop staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
