AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager - Rooms for AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. This role focuses on driving revenue through hotel room sales by building and maintaining client relationships and executing sales strategies.

You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, stay informed about local market trends, and participate in trade shows to generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hotel sales experience minimum.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of the local market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
