Job summary

AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across channels and in the PMS.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (preferred), prior reservations/front office experience, excellent English communication, and proficiency with Opera PMS or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Previous reservations/front office experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled with computer systems and hotel management software; Opera experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through multiple channels (phone, email, OTAs).
• Input and maintain reservations in the PMS, ensuring accuracy of availability, rates, and guest preferences.
• Facilitate payments, assist with documentation, and generate reports on bookings, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Coordinate guest transportation and transfer services; ensure logistics are confirmed and communicated.
