Job summary

PT Panna Berkat Mandiri is seeking an Outlet/Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a Jakarta outlet. You will oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance while ensuring top quality food, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

About you

• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, food costs, P&L, and manpower planning
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills
• Target-oriented and capable of analyzing operational reports
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
