Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia is seeking a Field Officer to identify new outlet opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth through effective outlet execution and product availability.

You will coordinate with distributors and internal teams, manage stock and promotions, and ensure displays and POSM are implemented to boost visibility, with willingness to travel the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of sales execution and customer management.
• Willing to travel and work in the assigned territory.
• Have a driving license C.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new outlet opportunities within assigned areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and explain the benefits of partnering with the company.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with company and distributor policies.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to support outlet development, including HoReCa customers.
• Drive sales by ensuring the right product assortment is available in each outlet.
• Monitor stock availability and support replenishment and product settlement activities.
• Execute product displays, merchandising activities, and POSM installations according to company standards.
• Ensure commercial assets such as coolers, racks, tents, and GDMs are properly maintained and utilized.
• Recommend strategic placement of displays and assets to increase product visibility and sales.
• Promote and implement marketing programs that meet customer needs and support business growth.
• Work with customers to create activation and promotional programs, especially for HoReCa outlets.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Development team to execute activation initiatives for key customers.
