Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to serve customers at our stores in Indonesia, helping identify needs and recommending suitable outdoor gear.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and flexibility to work shifts including holidays in a target-driven environment. Immediate joining is preferred, with preference for candidates living near EIGER stores across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
