Job summary

PT. Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to be at the frontline of selling outdoor products. You will advise customers, explain product details, and guide the end-to-end sales process to ensure customer satisfaction in-store.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to work shifts and holidays. Immediate joining and proximity to EIGER Stores nationwide are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
