Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to be at the frontline of selling our outdoor lifestyle products in Indonesia. You will interact with customers, identify needs, and provide product recommendations that match their outdoor activities.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work shifts, including holidays. Immediate joining and willingness to operate in stores across Indonesia are highly valued.

Qualifications

• SMA/SMK required; D3 or Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Residence near EIGER Stores across Indonesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
