Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a personable Retail Assistant to join our store team. You will be on the frontline, helping customers choose outdoor gear and ensuring a positive shopping experience across our EIGER stores in Indonesia.

The role requires strong communication, a customer‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work shifts, including holidays. Ideal candidates have a SMA/SMK or higher, and a willingness to join immediately in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
