Job summary

EIGER Indonesia is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to be on the frontline of our store, advising customers and driving product purchases. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable outdoor gear, and deliver experiential service to ensure satisfaction.

Role requires good communication, customer orientation, and flexibility to work shifts and holidays. Indonesian domicile near EIGER Stores is preferred, with immediate joining available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with the customer; identify needs and provide product recommendations.
• Source of Product Information. Explain product features, materials, technology, and treatment.
• End-to-End Selling Activities. Participate in the flow of product sales from store arrival to customer delivery.
