Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to be at the frontline of selling our outdoor lifestyle products. You will advise customers, explain product features, and help guide purchases to meet their needs.

The role requires at least a senior high school diploma, strong communication, customer orientation, and willingness to work shifts and holidays; located near EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
