Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to be at the frontline of selling our outdoor products. You will advise customers, explain product details, and guide end-to-end selling with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to work shifts. Immediate joining and store-based location is expected across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• SMA/SMK or higher; D3 or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience a plus (SPG/SPB).
• Customer oriented with a drive to meet targets.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near the nearest EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication from identifying needs to product recommendations.
• Explain detailed product information, features, materials, technology, and care.
• Participate in end-to-end selling activities from arrival to customer delivery.
