Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to be at the frontline of selling outdoor products. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to enhance their outdoor experiences.

The role requires clear communication, product knowledge, and a willingness to work on shifts in Indonesian stores. The ideal candidate has at least a senior high school education, with preference for higher degrees, and prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays; target-driven environment.

• Act as an advisor to customers and build rapport to identify needs.
• Explain product features, materials, technology, and usage to customers.
• Participate in end-to-end selling activities from store intake to customer purchase.
