Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our store team. You will be at the frontline of selling outdoor products and provide experiential customer service to help customers find the right gear.

Responsibilities include advising customers, communicating product information, and supporting end-to-end selling activities from arrival to checkout. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; SPG/SPB experience is a plus.
• Customer oriented with a service mindset.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domicile near the nearest EIGER Stores in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and identify their outdoor needs, then recommend suitable products.
• Explain product information: features, materials, technology, and care.
• Support end-to-end selling from product arrival to customer checkout.
