PT Mitra Berdaya Optima, a Yogyakarta-based consulting firm, seeks a Sales Executive Outbond to promote training products and generate new sales opportunities. You will conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and social channels, present programs, quote prices, and close deals with B2B clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Management, has at least 1 year in sales, is fluent in English, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta.
• Experience in B2B sales or selling training products is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote training products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Present training programs and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate to close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.
