Job summary

PT. PCU Indonesia is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to expand ISO Management System Certification services across Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, engage corporate clients, and coordinate with internal teams to craft compelling quotations and proposals.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, conduct presentations, and ensure all activities adhere to impartiality and confidentiality in certification processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree required; field advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing in ISO/Management System Certification
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate clients preferred
• Strong prospecting, lead development, quotation/proposal, negotiation and closing skills
• Understanding of ISO 17021 and related standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing activities to meet targets
• Identify new ISO certification opportunities via prospecting, networking, and client visits
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial offers with internal teams
• Conduct client presentations and business discussions for ISO certification services
• Manage sales leads, pipeline monitoring, and sales reporting
• Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to respond to client requirements
• Contribute to market intelligence and marketing strategies for System Certification
• Ensure activities comply with company procedures and impartiality/confidentiality
