Job summary

Nutapos seeks a Telesales Specialist in Sidoarjo for a full-time, on-site role. You will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting Nutapos solutions and following up on leads to convert them into sales.

You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with sales and customer support, and guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a positive experience from first contact.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening to explain benefits and address concerns.
• Proven telesales or inside sales experience to generate leads and close deals.
• Experience delivering training to new customers on a POS app.
• Comfortable with call tools and CRM systems and data entry accuracy.
• Goal-oriented, with ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to strategies.
• Experience in software, POS solutions, or F&B industry is an advantage.
