Job summary

Maju Operations and Development is seeking an experienced OTA/E-Commerce Manager for a contract-based role based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. You will drive growth by managing listings across OTA and ecommerce platforms, optimizing pricing, and coordinating with partners to maximize bookings.

The ideal candidate has proven OTA/e-commerce experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills to work with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing OTA platforms or ecommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ecommerce best practices.
• Experience with channel management systems and revenue management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize listings across OTA and ecommerce platforms to maximize visibility and bookings.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs across OTA and ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate with OTA partners to ensure compliance with platform requirements and policies.
• Create and manage product content, descriptions and imagery to boost online appeal and conversion rates.
• Analyze competitive positioning and market trends to inform decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and reviews across digital platforms, ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align inventory with digital channels.
• Identify and pursue new OTA partnerships and ecommerce opportunities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on digital sales performance to senior management.
