Job summary

BaliSuperHost in Bali is seeking a motivated E-commerce Staff to manage our online presence and drive bookings across digital platforms. The role suits someone tech-savvy, guest-focused, and passionate about hospitality and digital marketing.

You will optimize listings on OTA and our website, run digital campaigns, handle guest inquiries, create compelling content, and analyze performance to boost occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or hospitality online sales.
• Proficient in online booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, guest feedback, and market trends.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize property listings on OTA and the company website.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
• Handle online guest communications, inquiries, bookings, and feedback, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Create and update visual content and property descriptions to make listings attractive and engaging.
• Monitor and analyze listing performance, website traffic, and marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and service quality.
