PT Kokai Indo Abadi is seeking an experienced Organization Development (OD) Specialist to lead transformational initiatives in a growing valve manufacturing company. This role involves enhancing operational efficiency and fostering an adaptive culture through behavioral change strategies. The successful candidate will drive change management efforts, collaborate with HR and management, and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
We are a leading valve manufacturing company undergoing business expansion and organizational transformation. We are seeking an experiencedOrganization Development (OD) Specialistto drive behavioral change, enhance operational efficiency, and foster an adaptive company culture through data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct gap analyses of organizational behavior and design change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to boost productivity in a manufacturing environment.
Change Management (Behavioral Change):
Lead culture change initiatives through training, coaching, and employee engagement programs.
Address resistance to change using conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.
Human Capital Development:
Design and implement training & development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Partner with HR, operations, and management teams to ensure OD strategy alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Required certifications:Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Lean Continuous Improvement.
Experience:
4-5 years of experience inOrganization Development/Change Management, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven track record in leading change projects (culture transformation, process improvement).
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, Power BI, survey platforms).
Experience in training needs analysis and program design.
Soft Skills:
Influencerwith strong stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on problem-solverwith a results-driven mindset.
Coaching and leadership skills to guide teams through change.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of manufacturing operations (production flow, shopfloor dynamics).
Experience using OKR/KPI frameworks to measure change impact.
Change Agent:Structured approach to driving transformation.
Data-Driven:Decisions grounded in analytics and insights.

Our customers come from various manufacturing industries for petroleum, petrochemical, oil and gas, and so on. In operations we apply a quality management system, an occupational health & safety management system.
