Job summary

Evermos is seeking a role-focused professional to shape performance management, talent management, and organization development across the company. You will design and implement systems to ensure employees’ work aligns with corporate goals and strategy.

You will lead job analysis, develop evaluation methods, and drive learning initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in performance management, talent management, or organization development.
• Experience in developing and implementing people-related tools or systems.
• Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve performance management systems and tools aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate all phases of the performance management process (goal setting, monitoring, reviews).
• Lead job analysis and implement evaluation methods to set performance standards.
• Develop talent management framework, processes, and tools.
• Create infrastructure for programs: communications, templates, guidelines, and tools.
• Communicate strategies and engage stakeholders at all levels.
