Responsibilities

• Support the execution of cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions for smooth project execution.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Consolidate and organize business data from multiple stakeholders.
• Manage inbound leads and support customer onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with customers in early journey and coordinate handover to Business Development when qualified.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, track action items, and support ad hoc initiatives.
