Job summary

Siemens in Indonesia is seeking an Order Management Specialist to orchestrate the full order lifecycle using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to align requirements, resolve constraints, and accelerate delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in Order Management or Logistics, strong SAP and MS 365 skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365; familiarity with AI tools (Copilot) is an advantage.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate full order lifecycle from creation to fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to align order requirements and resolve constraints.
• Monitor order statuses and resolve discrepancies in pricing or delivery, using Copilot to summarize communications.
• Drive process optimization and automation within SAP and MS 365 to improve data quality and reduce order cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and quality standards, supporting audit readiness.
