Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management administrator to support OCI and Fusion environments in the Singapore region and beyond. The role focuses on federated identity, SAML 2.0, and securing access across multiple Fusion/EPM services.

Responsibilities include managing environments (ERP, EPM, OIC), administering IDCS/OCI IAM domains, and ensuring robust security, audit trails, and connectivity. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on experience with IDCS / OCI IAM Identity Domains and SAML 2.0 SSO federation to ADFS/AD.
• Experience administering Fusion & EPM environments including refreshes and update scheduling.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Administer the OCI tenancy supporting Fusion, EPM, OIC, VBCS/PCS and Kuber TMS PaaS in the Singapore region and DR region.
• Manage identity with IDCS / OCI IAM Identity Domains federated with the client’s ADFS via SAML 2.0; certificates, sign-on policies and token-handshake troubleshooting.
• Support Fusion Security Console, custom role hierarchies, audit trails and time-based access restrictions; support AAR provisioning flows from the client IdM.
• Manage environments – ERP Dev/Test/SIT/DR/Prod, EPM Dev/Prod, OIC Dev/Test/SIT/DR/Prod: P2T refreshes, quarterly-update scheduling, maintenance windows.
• Manage connectivity – OIC Connectivity Agent hosts, site-to-site VPN, SFTP, PGP keys – with the network team.
• Monitor capacity, service health and costs; maintain DR readiness and backup/restore procedures; raise and track Oracle SRs.

Job Requirement:

Must Have

• IDCS / OCI IAM Identity Domains with SAML 2.0 SSO federation to ADFS/AD [16][19]
• Fusion & EPM environment administration (refreshes, update scheduling, Oracle SRs)
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Fusion Security Console, role hierarchies, Risk Management AAR support
• ISO 27001 / PDP Law security controls [12]
