Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jakarta is seeking an experienced SCM specialist to provide L2 support for Fusion Inventory, Procurement and Order Management across roughly 100 SCM users, 50 Sourcing and 50 OM users. The role includes Coupa touchpoints, data reconciliation, and regression testing.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting order orchestration, governance of item master, and coordinating with offshore teams, with Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Fusion Inventory, Procurement and Order Management configuration and L2 support.
• Hybrid S2P where an external platform (Coupa) is the operational system and Fusion the system of record.
• Order-to-cash orchestration troubleshooting.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• L2 functional support for Inventory, Procurement, PIM and Order Management for c.100 SCM, 50 Sourcing and 50 OM users.
• Support the 25 Coupa touchpoints (PIM, PO, receipts, AP invoices, payment status, lease) and ensure Coupa-to-Fusion data reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot OM orchestration, fulfilment and eSCM monitoring, and integrations with WMS and TNM/WIMS systems.
• Govern item master/PIM; support inventory transactions, on-hand reconciliation and period close.
• Design SCM CRs, write functional specs/test cases and coordinate build with offshore technical teams.
• Assess quarterly-update impacts and execute SCM regression (Opkey); drive RCA/permanent fixes; support SCM reports and Bahasa user training.
