Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited, a global IT leader, seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional to join its finance solutions team in Jakarta. You will provide L2 functional support for Fusion modules, assist with month-end close for about 350 finance users, and collaborate with offshore teams to resolve incidents while ensuring governance and compliance.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, you should have strong PSAK/IFRS and VAT/WHT knowledge; telecom finance experience

Qualifications

• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and live support.
• L2 incident resolution and month-end close support in Fusion production.
• Indonesian finance & tax knowledge (PSAK/IFRS, VAT/WHT, Coretax e-Faktur).
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support for assigned Finance modules; triage, replicate and resolve incidents/SRs within SLA; escalate L3 items to offshore with clear analysis.
• Support daily, month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for ~350 Finance users; on-call during close.
• Track GL, Enterprise Structure/COA, IFRS 16 Lease, VAT reconciliation, and tax reporting; hand-off to FCCS.
• Track AP for Coupa-originated invoices, payments, and Cash Management with MT940 statements; Treasury and daily touchpoints.
• Track AR incl. B2B AR, International Roaming & Advance Collection, Collections and budgeting vs actual.
• Perform RCA on recurring issues; contribute to problem records and permanent fixes.
• Gather requirements and design minor enhancements/CRs; write specs, test and support deployment.
• Assess quarterly-update impacts for Finance and regression with OpKey; provide Bahasa guidance and training.

Job Requirement:

Must Have

• Hands-on Fusion Financials configuration & live support in at least 2 of: GL/FAH, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets/Lease, PPM
• L2 incident/SR resolution and month-end close support in Fusion production
• Indonesian finance & tax knowledge (PSAK/IFRS, VAT/WHT, Coretax e-Faktur) [11]

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 functional support for assigned Finance modules; triage, replicate and resolve incidents/SRs within SLA; escalation L3 items to offshore with clear analysis.
• Support daily, month-end, quarter-end and year-end close (incl. on-call during close) for c.350 Finance users [1].
• Track A: GL, Enterprise Structure/COA, FAH mappings, Fixed Assets, IFRS 16 Lease, hand-off to FCCS, and tax/statutory reporting - VAT IN/OUT reconciliation, Art. 23/26 WHT, Coretax uploaders/extracts [1][11].
• Track B: AP for Coupa-originated invoices (Coupa is the operational S2P system; Fusion the system of record), payments, Cash Management with MT940 statements from 9 banks, Treasury and the Kuber TMS daily touchpoints [1].
• Track C: AR incl. B2B AR integration flow (flagged technical debt), International Roaming & Advance Collection, Collections and PPM (CIP, capitalisation, budget vs actual) [1].
• Perform RCA on recurring issues; contribute to problem records, KEDB and permanent fixes during stabilisation.
• Gather requirements and design minor enhancements/CRs (incl. post go-live backlog); write functional specs, test and support deployment.
• Assess quarterly-update impacts for Finance and execute/sign off regression with Opkey [9][10].
• Provide Bahasa-language user guidance and refresher training; support ICFR/internal-audit evidence and SoD/role queries.
