Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced EPM/ERP specialist to join our alliance of global finance transformation experts. The role focuses on FCCS consolidation, tax provisioning with TRCS, and EDMCS hierarchies across multiple entities.

You will manage data integration from Fusion GL, automate EPM tasks with EPM Automate, and support ARCS rollout, ensuring accurate monthly close and compliant financial reporting.

• Must have FCCS configuration and support across consolidation.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Fusion GL data integration and EPM Automate scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Inventory, Procurement and Order.

Responsabilidades

• L2/L3 support for FCCS consolidation across the group’s entities.
• Support the monthly consolidation/close calendar; troubleshoot GL data loads, consolidation rules, eliminations, FX and journals.
• Maintain the 64 custom EPM reports – 34 FCCS (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Forex, Intercompany) and 28 TRCS (ETR, CIT, fiscal depreciation).
• Govern EDMCS hierarchies (COA, entity) and subscriptions to Fusion, EPM and Anaplan.
• Support ARCS rollout (replacing the legacy AR reconciliation tool) and its ongoing operation.
• Manage EPM monthly updates with regression of critical consolidation and tax processes; automate routine jobs via EPM Automate; deliver EPM CRs and maintain EPM security.

Job Requirement:

Must Have

• FCCS configuration & support: metadata, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, journals, Task Manager
• TRCS tax provisioning (CIT, ETR, deferred tax) and/or EDMCS hierarchy governance & subscriptions
• 3Data Integration from Fusion GL; EPM Automate scripting
• Fluent English and Bahasa IndonesiaHands-on Fusion Inventory, Procurement and Order

Good to Have

• Oracle FCC 2026 Implementation Professional [7]
• ARCS implementation (roll-out planned 1–2 months after ERP go-live) [1]
• Indonesian statutory consolidation and tax (PSAK, CIT, fiscal depreciation)
• Groovy business rules; EPM REST APIs
