Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to administer Tencent Cloud infrastructure and govern IaC changes through GitLab CI/CD. You will manage security controls, FinOps reporting, and UU PDP compliance across enterprise cloud environments.

You will coordinate across multi-cloud platforms, optimize cloud spend, and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability and regulatory adherence in a dynamic IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Tencent Cloud administration for enterprise workloads.
• Experience implementing IaC governance with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficient in cloud security controls (CloudGuard, Cloudflare, CyberArk).
• Strong FinOps skills for cloud cost tracking and optimization.
• Knowledge of Indonesia data protection law UU PDP and data residency.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tencent Cloud infra across compute, DBs, and storage for enterprise environments.
• Manage multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) and secure connectivity.
• Enforce IaC governance; ensure all changes go through Terraform via GitLab CI/CD.
• Operate FinOps: monitor spend, optimize costs, and prepare client cost reports.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls and UU PDP compliance.
• Respond to L2 cloud incidents and document causes for root-cause analyses.

About the Role:

Must Have:

• Tencent Cloud administration covering compute, managed MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and cloud storage services
• Terraform IaC governance: all cloud provisioning via GitLab-hosted pipelines; no manual cloud console changes
• Cloud security: Checkpoint CloudGuard, Cloudflare WAF/CDN, CyberArk for cloud privileged access
• FinOps platform operations: cloud cost analysis, budget alerts, rightsizing recommendations
• UU PDP (Indonesia data protection law) compliance for cloud data residency and access control

Good to Have:

• AWS EC2, RDS, S3 administration; Azure VM and AKS management
• Spotfire or Power BI for cloud cost and usage reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with ITAM/CMDB integration for cloud asset lifecycle tracking
• Experience with multi-cloud network connectivity (VPN, interconnect, SD-WAN)

Responsibilities:

• Administer Tencent Cloud infrastructure, including compute, managed databases and cloud storage across enterprise cloud environments
• Manage GCP, AWS, Azure, and Huawei Cloud environments; maintain network connectivity and security posture
• Enforce IaC governance: all cloud changes provisioned via Terraform through GitLab CI/CD; no ad-hoc console provisioning
• Operate FinOps platform: track cloud spend, identify optimisation opportunities, generate cost reports for client governance
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls (CloudGuard, Cloudflare, CyberArk); ensure UU PDP compliance for cloud workloads
• Respond to L2 cloud incidents (compute, database, networking, storage), document root-cause analyses
