Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Indonesia seeks an experienced ERP AMS lead to own end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud engagements, manage transitions, and ensure governance with offshore/onshore teams.

The role requires fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong CFO/CIO-level communication, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Financials, and ITIL 4 processes. Indonesian large-enterprise finance and telecom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP AMS engagement (15+ FTE, onsite/offshore) incl. SLA, delivery P&L and governance
• ITIL 4-based incident, problem, change and release management with ServiceNow

Job Requirement:

Must Have

• End-to-end ownership of an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP AMS engagement (15+ FTE, onsite/offshore) incl. SLA, delivery P&L and governance
• Executed a transition/takeover of AMS from an incumbent SI (KT, shadow, reverse-shadow, service acceptance)
• ITIL 4-based incident, problem, change and release management with ServiceNow
• Finance process depth (R2R, P2P, O2C, month-end close) and Oracle quarterly-update governance
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia; CFO/CIO-level communication

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Professional certification [4]
• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL 4 Managing Professional
• Telecom or large-enterprise finance transformation experience in Indonesia
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS/TRCS/ARCS), OIC and OCI operations
• Delivered contractual YoY productivity via automation (Opkey, UiPath, AI ticket triage)
