Job summary

PT. AKULAKU FINANCE is seeking an Operations Support Officer to monitor daily operations and ensure timely problem resolution. You will translate SOPs and support implementation, align with internal policies, and coordinate with vendors to uphold process integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong Mandarin plus excellent Excel/Word skills. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply, with adaptability to fintech and banking operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with strong communication and translation skills.
• Basic understanding of fintech, credit risk, finance, or banking operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Translate SOPs into required languages and support implementation.
• Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans.
• Oversee daily verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Ensure accurate data entry and support the execution of various operational projects on a daily basis.
