Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Translate SOPs into required languages and support SOP implementation processes.
• Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans for proper execution.
• Oversee daily verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Ensure accurate data entry and support execution of various operational projects daily.
