Job summary

Akulaku Indonesia is seeking a motivated professional to monitor and report daily operational issues, translate SOPs, and support policy implementation. You will coordinate with supervisors and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing verification processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting various operational projects daily. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
