Job summary

Melangkah.id is seeking a strategic and hands‑on leader to bridge business strategy with operational execution. You will work with the Founder to drive performance, improve operational excellence, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively across the organization.

You will translate goals into actionable plans, drive SOPs and dashboards, and coordinate multiple functions to support growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Operations Excellence, or related roles.
• Preferably has experience in a digital agency or a similar industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experienced in building and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business acumen.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into actionable execution plans.
• Drive SOP, workflow, and operational improvements.
• Monitor KPI performance and business dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT).
