Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is hiring an Operations Shift Manager to deliver line objectives by empowering teams and ensuring on-time production while meeting safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering with 2–5 years' experience in a food-industry environment and strong people management skills. This is a full‑time on‑site position with Nestlé Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering is required.
• 2-5 years in a functional role within the food industry and experience in leading teams.
• Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness and ensure NGMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment.
• Ensure finished goods meet quality standards and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain clean and functional work areas and equipment per NGMP.
• Manage production through reviews and standard routines to deliver targets.
• Delegate tasks, evaluate team performance, and coordinate with line stakeholders.
