Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to lead line production, empower teams and deliver the shift plan on time while meeting safety, quality, cost and environmental requirements. You will drive manufacturing excellence by enforcing NGMP, coordinating with Production Manager, Maintenance and unions, and coaching the team for continuous improvement.

Bachelor (S-1) majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
2–5 years in a functional role in the food industry.
Ability to lead, engage and motivate people while ensuring safety and compliance.
Maintain safe working environment and adherence to NGMP.

Responsibilities

Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment and hygiene procedures.
Ensure semi-finished and finished goods meet quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
Keep working areas clean and installations in good working order per NGMP.
Manage production through operational reviews and standard routines.
Organize and delegate tasks, assess team performance.
Maintain dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions.
